Free shipping will be offered to new customers who signed up and redeem points on the rewards page. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY OVERVIEW
This website is operated by KÆTHAR™. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KÆTHAR™. KÆTHAR™ offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Payment

KÆTHAR™ only processes the orders after the payment is received, the company will not be responsible for any delay because the customers' payment failed. Customers can download the invoice anytime before or after the payment made. For some dispute orders, there will be refunds to the customer's Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer which was used to process the payment.

For Bad Quality Products Received

Our fulfillment centers will check most of the items before shipping them out, but sometimes the buyers still complain about products received.

• Imperfections such as bad sewing, incorrect size/color, parts missing, not working, etc.
• For electronic products, the customer should open a dispute 3 days after received.
• For ordinary products, the customer should open the dispute in 2 days after received.

Disputes that will NOT be accepted

KÆTHAR™ will not accept any disputes that the buyer received with reasons as below, 

• The buyer does not like it.
• Products smell unusual.
• The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
• The shipping address provided incorrectly.

Order Cancellation

KÆTHAR™ will NOT ACCEPT cancellation if due to the following reasons

• If the customer claims that the package takes a long time even if the advertised shipping period is still followed. 
• If the customer claims that they ordered the wrong product and did not communicate within 24 hours. 
•  If the customer claims that they entered the wrong delivery address and did not communicate within 24 hours.

Effectivity

This Agreement takes effect as of the date user registered.  This Agreement is governed by the laws of China. The Parties agree to resolve any disputes in good faith and cooperation.
